Looks like it got moved under Share in the Geocaching.com app. If you open the Geocaching.com app and have a cache selected, tap ... and it should show Share as an option. Select Share and there you should see Open in Safari. Does that work for you?

When iOS opens the app from a link, there is a button in the very upper right of the screen that is a shortcut to open it in safari. See if selecting that gets you where you wanr.

When you launch the Watch app on your iPhone, what do you show for Cachly? Scroll down on The My Watch section until it lists Installed on Apple Watch and Available Apps. Where is Cachly listed? If it's listed under Available, try clicking Install.

I run into this from time to time but usually closing Cachly on my iPhone and relaunching it allows the Nearby function to work again. For the Current function, it's been hit or miss for me too, and the developer is aware. I could use it 3-4 times without incident and then I might hit the error you posted about or it might show the last cache that was selected on the iphone and not the current cache. Lists work fine but it seems to re-load from scratch each time. Lists is also, to me, preferred as I can keep my iphone tucked away and just use the watch. Maybe the developer will comment further.

If you go to the More tab, does it show your account in as "Logged in as" at the top of that screen? Have you tried logging out and back in? Geocaching.com is getting a lot of activity with their current Hidden Creatures promotion and I've gotten some errors or slow response times from them when I'm using the geocaching.com site.

I don't know how often they update the status page, but this weekend there were multiple threads in the geocaching forum on issues with login and API access. I suspect issues one would see loading caches live or from an online list would be Geocaching.com related. Especially if caches load quickly from an offline list.

1) Proximity alert is an existing request on "the list" 2) Can you get what you want by tapping the compass icon 2 times to show an up arrow? See the bottom portion of the section at http://www.cach.ly/help/index.php/Live_Usage#Selecting_a_Cache_to_Find which indicates the 3 different map navigation modes.

Maybe instead of hiding maps, if there was a list of the last 5 recent used at the top, I'd suspect that is what would get constantly used. You'd only need to scroll down past downloaded/recent if it's a new map you are selecting you haven't recently selected. I'd prefer a recent section considered vs hiding sections.

For the current maps in use today, the developer has reported refreshing them quarterly. You can try to download them again and see if they have been updated since your last download as there is currently no notification in place to alert the maps were updated.

Reset your search options on the main page. Tap the funnel icon on the Live screen and then tap Reset and then Done. Are they showing up now?

Even if you stayed with the prior version, Google appears to be reducing the resolution of the maps so I'm not sure it would help provide the quality you would require

Apple Sat maps can still be used within Cachly and you can launch Google Maps in Navigate mode. They just won't be a base map within 4.3 but hopefully return in 5.0.

There are currently no plans to port Cachly to Android. Check out the Geocaching forum at https://forums.geocaching.com/GC/index.php?/forum/188-geocaching®-android-app/ and maybe you can get some good recommendations. At least now, vs even 6 months ago, the official app is somewhat passable. https://apidevelopers.geocaching.com/all-api-partners/ lists, if it's being kept up-to-date, the official Android 3rd party apps. http://www.geooh.com/GeoohApp/ has been getting a bit of press lately.

Is the GPS showing your current (home) location? On the Live Map screen, tap the Filter icon that looks like a funnel to open the Search Options. Tap Reset in the top of that screen and then tap done. On the live map screen, make sure it's showing your home location on the map and tap the icon to load caches. Any better?

On http://gsak.net/help/hs46070.htm there is an option to: Copy field notes to GSAK user notes - Select this option to have any field notes automatically update the GSAK user notes section. See Waypoint=>Add/change/delete notes. Is this what you are looking for? If not, consider the approach of asking in the GSAK forum how to take what is available to you, explain what you want from it, and see what they suggest. If it's just not possible, maybe you or someone will write a GSAK macro to do it.

What @GeoKen is asking for is more about the output format than the function of creating a log. In the end,you'd log a Find, DNF, Note, etc in Cachly but the target for field notes would be the old style CSV file format that doesn't go direct to GC.com . The current draft to GC.com leverages the API and there's no export/import. The old style field notes was a CSV export such as from your GPS, that you manipulate as a CSV or upload to GC.com or, which is what @GeoKen wants to do, upload it to GSAK. I'm sure Nic will be able to determine the cause if he can reproduce using your specific GPX. Have you tried, just for fun, with a single boring traditional cache in the export?

I couldn't reproduce with the same GSAK GPX export options and a 300+ cache export.

I exported a GPX file from GSAK and couldn't reproduce the error following the steps in Method 1. Could be the specific settings in the GSAK GPX export screen.

Possibly across Cachly apps but not across all apps and sites. Cachly is "transient" to me and doesn't contain all my info - just very recent and planned. I know GS users leveraged the old app as their offline database but it just doesn't make sense to me at this point. There would need to be a lot of work in the app and effort on the cacher (me) to constantly refresh the Cachly data based on activities outside of the cachly. I'm sure there are others that would be thrilled to get small pieces of their beloved GS features added.

I always wondered why the core platform for Groundspeak didn't allow for private images. I would leverage that feature to upload spoilers, etc attached to a cache note, etc. Not sure I'd leverage Cachly's app based approach as that's not global across apps/web sites. Plus, as beta testers, sometimes we need to blow things away and start over.

The messaging feature is not available to 3rd party apps which is why everyone still needs to use the official app or website for this function. Groundspeak would need to open that up to the developers.

I recall this was previously asked/discussed but I couldn't find it while I'm still in my phone. This past weekend leading up to and after GeoWoodstock, I used random live caching in unplanned locations more than I normally do. I likely had no concern of going over my limit, but I normally just needed to load the closest couple of caches and not 50 like the function does today. This was more than just about my limit as the GC API was under extreme load and was very slow or timing out. If the number to load in live vote was user editable, that would be a useful addition.

Here's my experience... Launch a cache that has multiple waypoints. I used GC6GR7F which has 3 waypoints. When I tap Navigate to Cache, the map shows the main target waypoint and the 2 additional waypoints with the main waypoint as the destination. I can click on one of the additional waypoints displayed in the map, select Set as Target and the line moves to that waypoint while the other 2 remaining on the screen. Is there a different use case/flow @ChrisDen is taking where the additional Waypoints aren't displayed?
