  1. If Cachly had a shared database then if you logged in as a different user you'd see somebody else's data, which seems wrong. I'm guessing Groundspeak won't let you access an internal ID which doesn't change? So I think the existing behaviour is correct. If there's no data when starting the app, you could display a dialog saying data needs to be downloaded, including if you've renamed your username?

  4. It seems appropriate that what is downloaded under 1 logged in user account isn't visible to a different user account on the same device. Are these users individuals that used a different program prior to cachly that treated the files as application and not user specific? They just need to learn how it works under Cachly. I don't feel it should change.

Hah. Dropbox problem. Same error when I tried to log out. Found Dropbox was set for WiFi only and I was using Mobile data.

  6. When viewing caches on the map click the "…" in the upper LEFT corner, then "Save to Offline List." You can then choose "All Caches," "Visible Caches," or "Highlighted Caches," and add them to an existing offline list or create a new list.

  8. You can do that but it does take money for them to run the website. Personally, I've been a Premium member since I started caching in 2007 and think it's well worth the price. Of course we all have unique financial situations and priorities.

  9. I would like to request the ability to have multiple choices for default Log Text. This would be helpful when doing a power trail when there isn't much to say for a nano on a stop sign or a lampost. Also sometimes when I'm out of town, I like to leave a note in my log where I'm from in addition to my regular log. Maybe one for FTFs. Another for acknowledging a series. Things like that. I've also noticed that the cursor starts at the end of the default text when logging a find. I prefer to put my date/time and find count at the end of my logs. It's just an extra click but a nice convenience if this could be changed to drop the cursor where I tell it to in the default text. Thanks again for all your work on this. I used it exclusively for a cache run this past weekend. I'm looking forward to v2!
