  1. Are you sure that you are setting the sort direction to Ascending?
  2. The 4S is the oldest device that Cachly supports, so I would suspect that iOS is killing Cachly when you use another app because of memory. Do you have plans to upgrade?
  3. Correct. The problem is extremely hard to replicate. It does not happen in Airplane mode. It seems, based on a few users, that it happens when there is spotty data and it drops to No Service. I cannot replicate the issue, so it is very hard to try to figure out the cause.
  4. No. Nothing has changed with our location services code. We are working on this bug with Apple. It seems there is a point where assisted GPS is trying to use GPS and cell tower triangulation and when there is no service or spotty it doesn't do well. What iOS and phone version please?
  5. It couldn't find your location? Were you using offline maps?
  6. This has been requested before but just isn't possible using the API. As mentioned, c:geo screen scrapes and performs this feature illegally against the best wishes of HQ. We cannot and won't do this.
  7. You can see this if you switch to list view, at the top of the list. It will show you the number of caches shown. Does this help?
  8. There is always room for additional improvements in our map styles. This would be extremely complex and not something we we are likely to add. Sorry about that.
  9. Yes. We generate these from the OpenStreet planet file.
  10. Looks like there are a few bugs pertaining to this. Will work to fix them. Thanks!
  11. No. The friends you see in Cachly are your Cachly friends. There is no API to connect with the friends list that is on geocaching.com.
  12. Regardless of what another app might do, this isn't something that we have planned for Cachly. As @Team DEMP mentioned using GPX is the best way to move caches.
  13. Glad they are back. Sorry about the issue!

If we added an option in Cachly to change the text size of maps it would ONLY be able to affect our offline maps. All other maps are either raster tiles (images that are already created) or controlled by iOS, as in Apple Maps.

No, there sadly isn't a way to dynamically make the font larger for these. Apple Maps will use the iOS accessibility settings and make the font sizes larger. In the future we are looking at making this possible for our offline maps.

This is highly dependent on which map you are using. Can you let me know which one it is?
  17. Also, I would recommend always using the feature in Cachly to download PQs using the API. This will download full caches, while the GPX file does not contain all cache data.
  18. I assume you can successfully send logs with Japanese characters?
  19. Cachly is already handling these since it is showing them in the preview. I have a feeling that sending these to the geocaching.com API is the issue. I will do some testing and report it to HQ.
  20. I assume you are meaning you are importing a GPX of the PQ? How are you sending it to your phone and to your friends phone for import? Are you using the same version of Cachly? What do you mean by nothing? Did it show the Import GPX dialog? If so, what happened when you chose a location and tapped Import? Absolutely you can. Not exclusive. Turning cellphone off wouldn't matter at all.
  21. You are correct in that when you import a GPX like this Cachly will mark it as a corrected coordinate in the DB, but it is not added to geocaching.com. There is not currently a way to update all of these on geocaching.com as well, but I almost remember there being a feature that does this in GSAK? I don't have it booted up right now so I can't check...
