Great job Nic!!

First class.

You guys have figured out "the voice of the customer," better than anyone else.

Thanks!

That is the goal. User feedback and dialog is key to making the best Geocaching app available.

My favourite feature is vector maps — have downloaded the entirety of New Zealand for the same size as a suburb before :]

It looks great, thanks for the hard work and dialogue Nic.

Glad you are liking it!

This is mine as well. Downloading an entire US state is quick/small.  Even when using the app and having a strong/fast cellular connection, loading the offline maps is much quicker/snappier then Google maps.

Glad you are liking that feature! That particular feature took the most time of any feature in the 2.0 update. :)

Any place you can go and read about some of these features?

The full list of new features can be found on our blog: https://medium.com/@cachly/cachly-2-0-is-preparing-for-submission-to-apple-8d221ee28f99#.jcv6gnshl

Please let me know if you have any questions about them.

Cachly 2.0 really is great. I'm looking forward to taking it on a cache run. One feature that's neat that I never even knew I wanted.....  the ability to see another users active caches instantly plotted in a map instead of in a list view like on the geocaching.com website.

What's also really amazing is the level of customer support Nic gives to Cachly.  It's just great to see how he responds so quickly and then sometimes goes a step beyond.  One example is when a new user was confused about setting up an account.  Nic responded quickly with info about signing up at geocaching.com, but then he went a step further and made a pinned topic about it.

(I did do a cache run this weekend and didn't open my old standby app, Geosphere.  Cachly performed the job flawlessly).

We really want to put users first. With that as our #1 goal we can make the best Geocaching app possible and provide the best support. :)
