Recovering draft logs that have been submitted

That is good news! -
Location point is delayed while navigating to the Cache
Nic Hubbard replied to Vencanator's topic in Support
This issue will be fixed in Cachly 5.1. -
Cachly requires iOS 10, and the iPhone 4s does not allow iOS 10 to be installed, so sadly you are stuck on 3.0.3 unless you have a newer phone. Old Standard maps are updated about every quarter.
-
This was in reference to our Premium Offline Maps in our 5.0 version. The maps in very old versions (3.0.3 is over a year old) of Cachly are not updated with the same frequency.
-
This wouldn't be easy since there could be any number of filters selected and working together. Agree this would be a great addition!

Themes for offline maps; Move filtered caches; POI support
Nic Hubbard replied to ferda-mravenec's question in Feature Requests
No, not planning to add this feature currently. Add to list copies, it doesn't mean move to list. Possibly in the future. List view and map view have different contexts. When in list view, the ... button options do not apply, just as when in list view the sort button does not apply to the map. -
Themes for offline maps; Move filtered caches; POI support
Nic Hubbard replied to ferda-mravenec's question in Feature Requests
You cannot. If it exists in another list you cannot move it, it will always be in both lists. Make sure you are on the Map View: -

Premium maps - details (hiking and cycle trails)

No, this isn't something that we have planned. The current styles have been carefully designed and thought out. Can you give me the coordinates of where this trail is? -
Themes for offline maps; Move filtered caches; POI support
Nic Hubbard replied to ferda-mravenec's question in Feature Requests
You can hard press on the map callout or the cache in list view and it will give you an option to add to another list. Or, if you are viewing the cache details, tap the add to list button on the top right of the screen. It is the second button that has a plus on it: When viewing the filtered list, tap the ... button and choose "Add to List". Hope this helps. -

Submitted pending logs are saved to a .txt file in your documents folder of your app, which can be viewed using iTunes. Are you sure they weren't submitted as regular logs? -
Over zoom isn’t something that is currently supported, but we hope to get it added in the future.
-
Can you post a screenshot of the error?
-
One is photos and one is trackables. It would just give the number next to them if you were uploading those with your logs.
-
Have you chosen to not allow Cachly to access your Photo Library? This would be listed under Privacy Settings in iOS Settings.
-
Just letting you know that custom labels feature will be in our 5.1 update.

We have done many battery improvements and there are still some to come. However, I think you are looking at those battery statistics wrong. What the stats were meaning was, during the 1 hour and 30 minutes of iPhone usage, Cachly used 50% of the battery used during that time. It does not mean that Cachly drained your battery 50% of a full battery charge. It means if during the 1 hour and 30 minutes you used 10% of your total charge, that Cachly used 50%, or 5% of the total battery usage. Does that help?

Please use support@cach.ly Thanks!

A screen recording would be ideal if you can. We would need to know what map type you are using also.
-
Yes! On the More tab, tap your profile at the top, when it loads you will see an option to view your souvenirs.
-
In the More tab, can you use the "Email Support" option and choose to send Debug Data? This will help me see the network request that is being made. Thanks.
-
When you view the offline map in the downloads area each one has a date of when the map was last generated. If the date is less than about a month old then it is new.
-
Maps do not automatically update as this would be a major overhead cost if all users maps updated all the time. Updating is up to the user.
-
No, not currently as that still uses the Apple provided map framework. It would take a lot of touch gesture hacking of that map, which isn't a good idea.

Even though this works in the stand alone Apple Maps app, iOS does not provide a way to do this when those maps are included in apps like Cachly. However, our Premium Offline Maps and Google Maps do offer this way of zooming in. Hopefully iOS will change this in the future.
