ChrisDen 87 Report post Posted March 22, 2018 I found 7 caches on one day. They appeared in chronological order in the Logs Tab. When I edited the top one it dropped down and appeared as the first for that day. I assume this is something happening on geocaching.com. Maybe the time of the log changes when you edit it. I edited a few more but the movement of the log (the order) is not consistent.
Nic Hubbard 645 Report post Posted March 22, 2018 Editing a log takes the datetime string from the API and doens't modify it, and then sends it back with the update request, so nothing on Cachly's end is changed. What is your timezone? Could you send me debug data?
ChrisDen 87 Report post Posted March 22, 2018 Timezone UTC +2. How do I send debug data? Just noticed the date had changed to the previous day.
Nic Hubbard 645 Report post Posted March 22, 2018 Go to the More tab and use the Email Support option and choose to send Debug Data. Thanks!
ChrisDen 87 Report post Posted March 23, 2018 (edited) Had a look at the changed order. Looks like it is a date issue. Some logs have had the date changed to the previous day. Edited. Edited March 23, 2018 by ChrisDen
Team DEMP 120 Report post Posted March 23, 2018 Is there a way a regular user can see the date & time for their logged caches? Is GC still screwed up with sometimes passing dates in local time and sometimes not? They REALLY stink with consistently handling date/time/time zones 2 ChrisDen and barefootguru reacted to this

I am talking with HQ on the issue to see what could be causing it.
