  1. Compass data comes from what Apple calls Location Services, so there will be radios inside your phone being used for this process that take battery. When on the compass tab GPS is still in use.
  2. Cachly doesn't use location services and differently than other apps. GPS is only turned on while on screens with a map and is turned off when you navigate away from those screens. This doesn't sound like something that Cachly could be causing. That quick of of a battery drain isn't likely something that an app can do. What device are you using and what version of iOS? Does it have an old battery?
  3. Sure. Just use the "Email Support" option in the more tab to request access.
  4. Beta 4 was released. Can anyone having this issue verify if it was fixed for them or not?
  5. This is a frustrating bug that I have never seen and cannot reproduce. Sending out beta 4 today to see if it is fixed for those that can reproduce.

    APP

No, there are no plans for an Android version.
  7. I cannot replicate this issue and have never seen it happen before in the 5 months of 3.0 development. I have had two other users report this though. What device are you using and how large is your list?
  8. Richard, are you meaning the additional of a cache solver?
  9. They are not available for purchase, no. They are promo items that can be won at various events and through different promotions we do on social media. Stay tuned for more ways to win them!
  10. This cannot be changed. Domains that are tied to apps have a small XML file that the server hosts. When an app says that it wants to open URLs in the app instead of the browser, iOS checks that the domain has the special file, and that the app has a special file that ties the two together and shows that that app is the owner. We cannot overwrite this. Even if we could I would not feel right about doing so. The ethics of doing that, however convenient, isn't something I would want to do. Hopefully iOS will someday allow the option to choose which app you want to open it in.
  11. Strange. I will look into the issue.
  12. But they were removed from Cachly? Are you sure they were set to send as Drafts and not logs?
  13. It shouldn't have at all. What do you mean by "missed" them?
  14. How many logs did you have? And did they each have trackables and images? Each of those will make a request to the API.
  15. If you mark the Pending Logs as Drafts, then Cachly will send them to gecaching.com as Drafts. If you don't then it will log them like normal logs.
  16. Thanks it has been fixed and will be in 3.0.3.
  17. Is the only place you are seeing this when using the Export GPX dialog?
  18. Thanks, will look into this issue.
  19. It has been there for a least a few years. GSAK has the same thing.
  20. When you export the GPX file you need to make sure to include extensions, otherwise Cachly has no idea that caches have corrected coordinates because the regular GPX spec does not include this info: Will look at your email.
  21. I just tested this with an export for iCaching, using GSAK extensions and it imported correctly into Cachly with corrected coordinates including the red triangle indicator. Can you send me the GPX? Haven't seen this issue before. Did you happen to import the same caches WITHOUT corrected coordinates?
  22. Glad you are enjoying using Cachly! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
  23. Yes. You are using your geocaching.com account within Cachly. So you could both use the same account and it would work fine.
  24. This is the problem with not saving corrected coordinates on geocaching.com. Currently Cachly uses geocaching.com to keep corrected coords in sync. Not sure if/when we would change this functionality.
