  1. After centering on your location, the next tap is "follow with heading" which should rotate your your map as you turn your phone. This isn't happening? Are you able to take a screen video for me so I can see exactly what is happening? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207935
  2. Got it, you are meaning the current location button/follow mode button. When you tap it, what happens?
  3. Nothing has changed in the last update regarding this. Do you mean you are not able to rotate the map with your fingers? Do you have the Setting for Prevent Map Rotation turned on?
  4. Thanks for your detailed steps on this issue. I will work to get it fixed.
  5. Yes they do but I do not have any record of this change. The different is the GPX is no longer including the "Z" in the datetime for timezone.
  6. It looks like the date format in the PQ has slightly changed in the last while, so I put in a fix for this in our next version.
  7. This should be fixed in our upcoming 5.2.6 version as I cannot replicate the issue anymore. Once we release that version let me know if you still see the issue.
  8. It shouldn't, no. I have been running iOS 13 since it was available to developers in June and others have been running the public beta without issues. There are various bugs, but only one that I have seen affecting Cachly (choosing an image for a log from your photo library shows a blank image). Cachly will fully support iOS when it is released publicly this month.
  9. Are you using iOS 13? If so, there are additional permissions that have to be added to allow Cachly to access photos. However iOS 13 will not be fully compatible until iOS 13 is publicly released and is no longer beta.
  10. We haven't had this reported before. Can you replicate this issue? Have you made sure to allow Cachly to access your photo library?
  11. Thanks, will keep an eye on this thread.
  12. We have not had any reports about this. Cachly passes your local timezone to the API which then uses it to calculate your correct time. If this is the case, then I am not sure what has been causing it, we have not changed anything in Cachly and I wouldn't expect an API change on a Saturday. Can you replicate this issue?
  13. Can you replicate this on a newly saved cache though? There was a bug a long time ago that caused this issue, and if you have offline caches that are very old this might be still the cause.
  14. What version of Cachly are you using? Are you able to replicate this issue on another cache? I just tested this and I cannot replicate.
  15. Thank you for the suggestion! We will make sure to evaluate how other users might also use this feature.
  16. Cachly has required iOS 10 for over a year now, but the previous version continued to work. However at the start of June the old geocaching.com was shut down which the old 3.0 version used. We don’t have any control over this and the only thing we are able to do is encourage users to update to iOS 10 and a device that can support that. Very sorry about that, but it is out of our control.
  17. What country are you from? This is the first request we have had like this. And, while we always take user suggestions and evaluate them, I am not sure if this feature would benefit many other Cachly users.
  18. Yes, you should be able to tap the "Abmelden" button on the to right. Have you tried this?
  19. Please try using the Logout button on the top right of the More tab. This should help!
  20. Can you please try logging out on the More tab?
  21. This should never be needed. Was this a Live or Offline cache? If it was offline, all you needed to do was refresh the cache. If Live, it would have updated automatically if you viewed it again.
  22. We would love to have you! Please email support@cach.ly so we can get you started. Thanks!
  23. The coordinates should not come up as 00.00.000, this represents a likely error from the GPS. Can you replicate this issue if you create another Waypoint on another cache?
  24. Forgive my previous statement, what I meant was a merging in of data to the original geocache object with new data, not a text merge where new text is appended to the description. Cachly has never merged description in the sense of a doing a diff and then merging text together, it checked some conditions and then replaced the text. Can you explain the instances where this becomes a problem? E.g. the GPX contains a blank description so the local one gets overwritten, etc.? What part of the description are you not wanting to be updated?
