  1. This looks a lot more readable. What do you think?

Yes, I have used the premium offline maps for geocaching a couple of times, when I have been without Internet access. Unfortunately I do not find them very usable either.

What do you feel would make our offline maps better and something you would use?

  2. 2x isn't something I have planned currently. However, can you provide some example tile URLs and the app that you are showing screenshots of?

I would encourage you to try our Premium Offline Maps. I have worked for almost 2 years on the styles and readability of these maps.

  3. In 6.0, Apple Maps, Google Maps and our Premium Offline Maps all support accessible font sizes (larger font sizes). When you use the iOS accessibility settings to change iOS to larger font sizes, the maps will also update and show larger text sizes.

Are you not seeing this happen? If not, can you make sure you are upgraded to 6.0 and show some screenshots?

Having trouble with highlights. I highlighted several offline lists and named them. Later, after logging out and returning, the labels are back to color names and all lists that I highlighted are red. What am I doing wrong here?

Are you logged into iCloud? iCloud is used for highlighting since it will sync these to other devices and to the iCloud server.

  5. Cachly looks for coordinates in the cache description and turns those into a link that has various actions such as "add as corrected coordinate". It looks like it is changing the HTML link code because of this. I will work to fix this as I feel it is a bug.

In the meantime, you can view the "Source" view and tap the link.

Hello. Given that the request is > 2 years old, I wonder if it was possible to proceed in any way with the implementation of this feature. I love Cachly. When hiking, trail running or in a boat it would be fantastic to have an optional audible alert. Even just a ‘dong’ or something like that when being in a 100m radius or so of the cache you are navigating to would be fantastic. Ideally the distance could be customisable. This would save me from taking out the phone all the time.

This feature is planned for Cachly 6.1.

  7. Thanks for the feedback!

It is difficult to tell the WPs apart on a map. When you tap WPs on the screen, they only appear as text, not in the way they are designated in the list of WPs (WP01; WP02 …). Here, it would be desirable to have consecutive numbering which would make it possible to discern the order of WPs on the map right away.

This will be fixed as I know other users have requested this as well.

With navigation being activated, there should be a signal via iPhone or iWatch once a destination is about to be reached.

This is also planned for an upcoming version.

The WPs are only listed in correct order when online. Offline, WPs appear absolutely chaotic without any discernible order.

This has been fixed for your 6.0 version.

    Thanks!
