  1. She posted another review. Cachly stacks up nicely. https://thegeocachingjunkie.com/2017/02/10/looking4cache-vs-cachly-a-comparison-review/
  2. FYI: https://thegeocachingjunkie.com/2017/02/05/cachly-vs-geocaching-app-a-comparison-review/
  3. Interesting. I didn't even realize that you could Airdrop from Geosphere. Anyway, I just tried and had the same issue you described.
  4. I like that idea too, but in the meantime it's simple to just create a new list with any name, even as short as one character and then just merge it with the existing list. It's probably about as quick as what you are suggesting anyway.
  5. All my GPX imports are zipped and I've never experienced that problem. I import from Dropbox, do you use a different source?
  6. I can almost guarantee you that Nick will reply saying this is a great idea (which it is) but not possible. I doubt it's part of the API because it's not in any app that I know of. In fact there is a current discussion in the GSAK forum where a user is writing a SQL query to get this information from their GSAK database. This wouldn't be necessary if either the GPX file or the API provided this information. While it's possible that I'm wrong I know I won't be wrong about Nick replying because Cachly support is phenomenal as you know.
  7. On this cache, on both an iPhone 6 and an iPad I see: Apple Satellite Flyover 0-13-26-39 ftGoogle Satellite 0-25-50 ftApple Satellite 0-50-100ft
  8. Go figure. It was a good idea though.
  9. I don't want to steer this discussion off topic but I agree with you about averaged coordinates. I always use them when hiding a cache. However, I think my iPhone is much more accurate than my rugged Garmin eTrex that's 10 years old but still works like a charm -- if it can even get a signal in the woods.
  10. I would rather see the current cooordinates.
  11. Nic, I may have misunderstood DavSteph42 but he/she did say after you click one on the cache which loads the last log info. For example I see the last five logs for this cache. Now that they are loaded it would be nice to see them above the gecache code in the list. Of course for offline caches you should be able to show them all.
  12. Nic has a good answer for everything.
  13. I agree with that. I didn't mean to kill TheGreenTroll's original suggestion though.
  14. Here's a suggestion. Instead of changing the color replace the circle with the Wherigo arrow. I know the theme would be different, but of course you can't capture a Wherigo cache from Cachly anyway. Of course there may also be legal issues with that approach.
  15. If it were in the feature list section it would get one vote from me.
  16. I just tried to repeat the issue and was not able too. I then deleted the offline PQ and repeated the steps and reproduced the issue. Also, the distance sort was all out of order. See photos of zero distance.
  17. I just downloaded a PQ and the images started downloading automatically. That's a nice option. However, even when it's turned on it would be nice to have the option to cancel the image download mid-download. That's my opinion anyway.
  18. I just noticed some of the same issues. I downloaded a pocket query and the caches are not sorting properly by distance. Version 2.0.2(1)
  19. I can repeat this problem in 2.0.2 beta.
  20. Thanks. I'll also admit I'm posting this to give it a better chance of being seen for votes.
  21. I wanted to post a comment not related to Cachly itself but the forum. I've signed in to many different web forums and even administrate one. You've picked the best forum software I've seen. It's easy to search and easy to read and follow new posts on both computers and mobile devices. I like how it has the Cachly color theme too.
