I could implement this in offline lists but not in live caches as the public API lacks the methods for setting a "isUserCompleted" property on a waypoint. Only the official app has this as they use their own API.
Would it be sufficient to you to only be able to check them in an offline list for the time being?

It was Christmas time, so I have been trying to take some vacation.
When you use the editor on geocaching.com and set Comic Sans MS, it uses the style "font-family:Comic Sans MS,cursive;" This means that on iOS, which doesn't have Comic Sans MS it will fallback to a cursive font. This is just a style issue, and nothing really caused by Cachly.
For testing, I changed one of my caches to have some text in Comic Sans MS. See GC9E7CJ.
That being said, I made a fix in Cachly for 8.0 that will force all fonts to be sans-serif when in the "Text" tab. That will make sure all text is readable in this tab, but if you want to see original fonts you can view the "Web" tab.

In Cachly 8.0 you will be able to download the PQ .zip file quickly into Cachly and then update to full caches from there. For whatever reason this process doesn't have the same bug.

This is helpful, and I have seen this issue reported many times over the last year. The issue is, this is a API bug where one of the requests is returning a timeout error. I have reported this to HQ many times, but they say they cannot replicate it.

I would need Lidar shading files of the entire world. This would then take a huge amount of time to process them correctly for use in Cachly, so I don't plan to do that at this time.

The feature is planned for Cachly 8.1 as our 8.0 version has already had a feature freeze. Stay tuned.

No, I do not want to mix the API's or the apps. This would be a much too bloated app.

This is not as easy as you think and would take a huge amount of work. This isn't a priority, but I won't rule it out.

What is the format of the waypoints? Cachly expects the GPX file to have geocaches with waypoints associated, not just waypoints as standalone.

8.0 is being worked on actively, but we don't have a release date.
