Crash When Attempting to Import GPX from Dropbox
Nic Hubbard replied to Moun10Bike's topic in Support
I have tested and can replicate this as well. Sadly this is Dropbox crashing, not Cachly, so I have no way to investigate it. My guess is they changed something in their newest update. In Cachly 8.0 we no longer use the Dropbox app but use the Files app instead to access Dropbox files. Until then, I would start in the Dropbox app then choose to share with Cachly. -
Cachly provides support for many apps. They just don't show unless you have them installed: https://help.cachly.com/article/29-routing-providers Support for sharing to Tesla will be coming in our 8.0 version.

You are are on the navigate to cache screen, tap the ... button and you will have options to share the coords with. Is that what you were wanting?

Download full cache data of more than 50 entries stalls.

So a 502 error is what you are getting. And from what I understand, that is on the client side. Which is the user. Have you tested this on both wifi and cell data? Are you using VPN or have a firewall that could be affecting the request? -

Got it. Thank you. -

If you can get the one list to error, send me the debug data by doing More > Help & Support > Debug data and send to support@cach.ly. Thanks. -

Is this a specific list that you are having issues with? There have been PQ issues where a specific cache will cause the API to throw a 500 error, but it is hard to replicate. -

Highlight colour not on cache icon in offline list

Sounds like something is not synced. Go to Settings > Highlighting and choose the option to manually sync highlights. -
Filter already found Adventure Lab Stages
Nic Hubbard replied to BassXX's question in Feature Requests
This has been fixed in our 8.0 version, due for release in a few months. -
This isn't something that we have planned currently, as Cachly is a one user app. I will for sure consider this for a future version.

Strange, I haven't seen any certificate errors. The cert. expiries in April but I will update before then. We have had some mysql issues that caused the the form to be down, could that be what you were seeing?
-
This has been added to our 8.0 version which will be out early this year.

Happy to explore options for this. As a first test, have you used some of the iOS accessibility options to see if they help with the colors?
-
Are you importing a GPX into Cachly or using the Pocket Queries feature in Cachly? Using the Pocket Query feature in Cachly should not download images. Importing a GPX with the option turned on will.
-
Downloading Pocket Queries does not automatically download images. Are you seeing this happening somewhere?
-
No currently, but I am working on getting these added for all maps.
-
Yes, you have the "Fit to Map" option turned on in Settings. This is the default. It will always zoom the map to fit all cache pins when they are added. But you can also turn this option off. Your second question, no there is not an option for this.

If you check in the official Adventure Labs app, do you see those stages marked as completed? -

AL caches should be filtered out. In the past, did you manually mark AL caches as found by long pressing on them? -
Can you share the fix with the other users? Normally this is a Safari issue where a user has chosen to open the URL in the browser instead of the AL app.
-
I think this is a great idea. Do you have a GC code that has some logs from opted out users?
-
Cachly is an official partner app, so we use the geocaching.com API to return all caches. Sadly it does not support that search filter, so we can't create this as a feature. Of course we could show only DNF AFTER we get the data, but that would not be a reliable or accurate way to show that data to users.
