  1. Did you submit this log right away, or save it as a pending log?
  2. This depends on which maps you are inquiring about. We have two map servers running: Every 2 weeks: USA Canada UK Australia Germany South Africa Longer update cycle, about 2.5 months to complete The rest of the world Notifications are not provided, but you can check the dates that we list for the last refresh when viewing the Premium Offline maps.
  3. In filtering there is an option for State or Country. Just didn't know if you had selected England without realizing, as it would only show caches there.
  4. I see that you have search Filters on, do you have those set to the UK? Try turning those off or resetting them. Also, were you at the Cachly event last night? It was in Salmon Creek.
  5. Thanks for reporting. We will look into the issue.
  6. Yes, this feature is still planned. Stay tuned.
  7. No problem. Let me know if you have any more issues!
  8. If you are wanting the map to follow you, yes.
  9. Yes, the current location arrow button.
  10. Hmm, that is strange. Make sure to update to 5.0 so we can diagnose issues in that version rather than in the old 4.0 version. Thanks!
  11. The one on the right. Also, please make sure to upgrade to Cachly 5. There are massive improvements in our new version.
  12. The map doesn't follow you unless you tell it to. Make sure to tap the location button on the bottom right until it turns solid.
  13. This we have never seen before. Did you tap the back button or the Live tab? If so, what happened?
  14. Did you move the map so that you could see your car? Or tap the location button on the bottom right to use one of the follow modes so that the map would follow your location?
  15. I have on the feature list an option to set maps as favorites which will be shown at the top. Not sure when we can get this added though.
  16. Yes! For this tap the ... button and choose the Find Caches Near This option.
  17. Thanks, this is a know issue that will be fixed in 5.1.
  18. Yes, that is the correct map. I just tested it and it looks great and contains all of the Caribbean. Once the file is downloaded and installed, it will show up in the main list of offline maps. Maps download in the background, but if you have an old device the installation process could stop in the background if iOS wants it to. Have you tried downloading the file and staying on the downloads page (again, you shouldn't have to do this)?
  19. Thanks for the suggestion. We will add it to the list of things to consider!
  20. We are working to get this fixed for 5.1. Stay tuned.
  21. Looks like this is a bug, will fix. Thanks for catching that!
  22. Thanks for the suggestion!
  23. There isn't a built in way to export these currently. But editing the data in GSAK wouldn't affect Cachly at all. Highlights in this regard are a feature specific to Cachly.
  24. Cachly only keeps a reference to the GC code and the color ID, so we don't have any more cache data than that. If you know the general area of those caches you could always load them and save all highlights to an offline list.
