  1. Hmm, this is very strange. I will work to replicate the issue. Thanks for reporting.
  2. Can you show a screenshot of the map options screen?
  3. I would download it again and this time try leaving Cachly open it downloads and installs. Some of the larger maps, if the download finishes in the background, iOS will stop the install step.
  4. Thanks for the suggestion. Currently this isn't part of the geocaching.com API, but I will put in a request!
  5. All I can guess is this is an iOS bug. Nothing has changed for GPX import in the update.
  6. Ah, sorry about that. I misunderstood your question. I have two other ways that might help. On the logs tab, you can change the filtering of logs to a log type, which you could set to "Write note". Then you could scroll through the write note logs and tap the cache name if you want to go to that cache. You could also save large amounts of caches into offline lists and use the powerful offline filtering options. You could use the "Log type" along with the "Log text" option. Just some ideas, hope these can help. Other than those, if I was to try and build this feature, the API that we use wouldn't know if you had a write note log for a cache unless it was one of the last 30 logs in the cache. Project GC can do things differently as they have a full database of geocaching.com.
  7. This is a known bug and one I also have been trying to replicate reliably. Working to fix it. Thanks, will make sure to get this fixed!
  8. There are many different icons that can show up on the pins, so we would need to make it work with the design, and likely be a user option that is off by default. In the meantime, the note icon does appear on the map callout and in list view, if this helps. See screenshots:
  9. Do you have another device such as an iPad that you could test this same scenario on?
  10. I am just not sure how to proceed since I am not able to replicate this issue, and not sure how our steps are differing, as they seem the same.
  11. That link opened up Dropbox and from there I was able to successfully import into Cachly. Here is a GPX file I uploaded to the Cachly website, are you able to use the share option in Safari and open it in Cachly? https://www.cach.ly/__data/assets/file/0005/14756/1,000-Caches.gpx
  12. Do you have a link to this specific GPX file so I can test it? Also, what version of iOS are you using?
  13. Where are you trying to import the GPX file from?
  14. Yes, Cachly is only available for certain types. Hope to add them all soon.
  15. Have you tried using Highlights? This allows you to mark caches with a color, and you could mark the caches that you have in an offline list and they will also be marked in the live view. You can also do bulk highlighting of an entire list of needed.
  16. Thanks for reporting this, will get it fixed!
  17. @Judy Franklin It looks like you are not using iOS 13, which is required by the new Trackable Scanner. You are seeing the previous trackable QR code scanner. Are you able to upgrade to iOS 13?
  18. You can see the map legend on our Help website: https://www.cach.ly/help/index.php/Premium_Offline_Map_Legend This is a work in progress and will continue to receive updates.
  19. Not sure how this bug got introduced, but I will get it fixed in our 6.0.2 update. Thanks.
  20. Yes, unfortunately this is intended behavior. I am hoping in a future version to allow logic to be a part of the template.
  21. Just letting you know that this feature was released in our 6.0.1 version. Let me know how it works for you!
  22. Here is the blog post about the authorization needed to see your friends: https://medium.com/@cachly/friends-return-to-cachly-how-to-setup-c83cd8c7cf7f
  23. Cachly does part markdown which is what is being used for those links, but yes, providing a GC code for where those logs are would be great. Thanks.
