  1. When you leave the personal note section, that is saved and synced to geocaching.com. We haven't ever had reports of an issue with this. Where these Live or Offline caches (they both sync)?
  2. This seems to be happening because of the access token expiring for the geocaching.com API. We will work to fix this issue.
  3. In 5.0 we added the option to view a pending log right from the details screen using the log button. If you want to create another log for that cache you need to long press the button.
  4. Thanks for explaining and for the suggestion! I do feel this is quite an advanced feature that I am not sure how many users would use. I will note it, but I can't make promises about getting it added.
  5. Yes, you can turn on as many of the filters as you want. You are saying this isn't working? You are meaning Live filtering? Can you explain this a bit more?
  6. This is iOS killing Cachly in the background because it wants more memory for other apps. In Settings you can use the History option to view that previous cache. There are ways to do this and we are working to have this in a future version.
  7. Each cache only have one instance in the offline database. So if you have one in two offline lists, it can only have one highlight color. This isn't a feature that we have planned as it would take major changes to how offline caches work.
  8. Thanks for the suggestion, will add this to our list to consider!
  9. Are you using the same user account? The star will only show on the CO's account. I am not sure what you mean. Can you show me a screenshot?
  10. If the corrected coordinates and personal notes are coming into Cachly from a GPX file, they will only be local to the database. There is not currently a way to send all of those to geocaching.com without doing a manual update for each cache. We are looking at a way to batch process these in a future version.
  11. Are you meaning that you deleted the app and then reinstalled it? Unfortunately this is a destructive route to take and there is no way to recover anything that was in the local database. If you are having an issue with crashing please contact us as we can assist.
  12. No, there comes a point when too much user configuration just make an app confusing. Cachly needs to be a mix of intuitive and easy to use while being powerful.
  13. Have you tried restarting your watch?
  14. Strange. I did some testing and I can't replicate it. Does this happen often, or only once?
  15. Thanks @Bernd. I can replicate this issue and will look into it.
  16. No, there is no news on Apple Watch updates.
  17. I agree there is room for improvement. I will look at past a certain zoom level, only center the map and don't zoom in. Meaning, if you are looking at the whole world, tapping the location button would zoom and center. But, if you have already manually zoomed in to a certain level, Cachly would honor that level and just center the map.
  18. No, this isn't currently possible.
  19. IMPORTANT: The old geocaching.com API will be shut down on June 3rd, which means you must be using Cachly 5.1.4 to continue to use the online features of Cachly. (Pre 5.1 versions such as 5.0 will work as much of it was on the new API, but some things like trackables and waypoints won't). Version 4.x will no longer work for any API related functions. Please upgrade to Cachly 5.1.4 as soon as possible. We support devices that are on iOS 10.
  20. We released Cachly 5.1.4 yesterday. Make sure to download it as it should fix these issues.
  21. No, I don't have any knowledge of this.
  22. You can duplicate the cache waypoint which will bring up the screen that allows you to set it as corrected. Have you tried this?
  23. Thanks, looks like an issue that one of our beta testers reported as well. We will get this fixed Thanks!
