I just tried a distance filter with inverse as first try.
Should filters Less than 10 miles and inverse of geater than 10 miles give the same results? (Thus was tested as one filter at a time). I would have expected so but the inverse greater than filter had results under 10 miles and over 50 miles (or similar value).
Edit two hours later: I can not reproduce.

Ok. I can't read Japanese but I tested with last beta and current beta and agree that it's fixed in the beta version.

On iOS 11 the scale is only shown while you zoom (not while panning)
Yep. You can freeze the scale onto the screen after zooming if you hold two fingers on the screen. Try walking around like that for hours.

Having hiked for a 54 stage multi yesterday
Wow. So many cache owners where I live can’t properly maintain one stage.

I logged a cache earlier tonight at 10:30 PM Eastern Time to earn the Last Cache of 2017 souvenir, however Cachly logged showed as logged on 1/1/18 (thus I was awarded the 1/1/18 souvenir). My geocaching.com Timezone setting is correctly set as Eastern Time. I checked the cache log on geocaching.com, and sure enough it is showed I logged the cache on 1/1/18. I edited my log to show the correct date on the cache page at least, however that does not change the souvenir status. I am reluctant to run out and get a second one in an attempt to earn the 12/31/17 souvenir, as Cachly may also log that find as the incorrect date.
If you find a cache today log on the GC.com website as yesterday. Get your souvenir and then correct the date.

I gave it a vote. I miss that feature too. However as a GSAK user I have all my old logs in my GPX file that I import so I can result get to them in Cachly for the local caches anyway. I don't keep all my funds in Cachly.

Try the Battery section under Settings App. It gives you %used by each app in last 24 hours. If you tap the clock icon, you can see how much time was on screen time versus background time. It's worth checking this because I have found apps chewing my battery that I didn't even know we're running in background.
Google Maps can be a huge offender. That said I'm often surprised at what has chewed up battery life.

GPS and location services are turned off when you are using non-map screens. I realize this isn't a manual way to do it, but it is a battery conserving measure.
Non-map and Compass screens would be more correct phrasing I assume.

5) Is there a way to have 2 different view from the Caches icon? So I would like Google Standard view when looking at overall caches, but when I click on a cache and select to go there, I would like to see Google Satellite view. Currently, both view has the same settings
This is a feature a requested a while ago. Hopefully it will make the cut some day.

Click on the More menu. Then Pending Geocache Logs. Then the ... Menu and Submit All Pending Logs

Yep @DerLakaiMS is correct. You have to wait until 3.1 for offline photos in cache descriptions.
-
In Offline mode select the ... Menu. There is an option to download images. Note image management is improved in version 3.1 which will be released on Monday per Nic.

Does Groundspeak really reset the counters at random points in time? I would have expected the reset to be midnight Pacific Time… which would make it easy to know when you can download more.
No, not random. I think it's 24 hours since your first download.

Thanks for that. It's a bit confusing as that selection isn't under the Project Coordinates section, or on the Project coordinates page.
When would you use that preset other than projecting a coordinate?
it would be nice to have the selection for current or geocache location as a click box on the page that you enter the bearing and distance.
I tend to agree with you. I have posted on this in the past and the workflow is improved with version 3. It's still not totally intuitive but straight forward once you know what to do.

Scroll down to Presets and select Current Location. Then enter your Projection.

Project-GC has this. It is called the Lower Wilson Score. https://project-gc.com/Statistics/TopFavWilson
Cool. I'll have to keep this in mind for future lists. Only two caches on the list left to find in my area.

At present you need to merge them into one list. Swipe left on a list to see the Options menu.

I just need to find someone to write it. I myself am no writer.
I meant point users to the help section.

Ok Nic said it should be the "Date Downloaded" filter.
So, import PQs to update caches. Filter on Date Downloaded and set prior to date of PQ import. Then either delete the caches in the filter or update them to confirm they are archived and then filter on archived caches to delete.

While there is no manual, there is a help section under More. I'm on iOS11 now so Geosphere is no longer on my devices. Cachly is a great replacement though.

I do something similar to what you are suggesting. Combine the PQs. The problem I have with that method is how to identify archived caches so they can be deleted. Takes to long to run an update.
Once you import new pocket queries you should be able to delete archived caches with a Date Last Updated filter. This is what I do in GSAK. The filter doesn't appear to risk properly in the latest beta. I've reported that issue here:

It works fine for me as well.
