Beardman75
I upgraded my phone today and copied everything across from the old one. Offline lists came across ok. I had to re-download offline maps but no problem. But unfortunately, caches are no longer highlighted even though the highlight colour labels are still there. I tried the old Settings -> Highlighting -> Manually Sync Highlights option but no luck. Is there any way to restore them?
Nic Hubbard
Are you logged into the same iCloud account? Highlights are synced using iCloud.

Nic Hubbard
Make sure to check if for whatever reason iCloud is turned off for Cachly. https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/set-up-third-party-apps-mmfeb236a772/icloud Also, in More > Settings > Highlighting what do you see? Beardman75
It is turned on and says it has stored 972mb which I'm guessing is mainly images/offline lists
Nic Hubbard
And in the highlights Settings, does it say you have highlights?

Nic Hubbard
I am not sure then. iCloud syncing should happen automatically and we haven't seen any issues with it.
