Beardman75
If I copy and paste a http://coord.info/gcxxxx link from an email and paste it in the search bar in Cachly, I can get that cache. But, if I copy and paste a http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=gcxxxx it doesn't find the cache and just takes me to some random point in the middle of the ocean. Is it possible to have any url containing a GC code to return that cache?
0 Nic Hubbard
Cachly can do this. E.g. if you search for https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC18_tarryall it will show that cache. You are using a different URL format that Cachly doesn't recognize. How did you generate it?
0 Beardman75
I get it in emails from third party services. I've also seen it used on geocaching.com but can't remember where exactly
0 rragan
I suspect it originates when using the old search page.
