I will fix the issue with 0 count. You have more caches offline than any other user I have ever seen, so I need to account for the database taking longer to count the caches. I also found the image downloads issue and will get that fixed. Thanks!

No, that is the limit of the API. You can tap the refresh button again and it will continue to load the next 80 caches in that search.

This has been removed and is only in Settings. There were too many times users inadvertently tapped that, then complained on Facebook or Support that something was wrong when they had just turned on that option.

Did you login your son using the multi-user feature at all?

I will fix, but in this case you can use the "Range" option of the Difficulty filter and choose your start and end range.

Are you using multiple users in Cachly? If so, double check that when you access the message center that you are using the desired user. Cachly does not control the cookies that Safari saves and if you just logged in another user it would have the other user's cookie.

The issue you were having is somehow clustering got turned off. That means it was loading ALL offline caches in your list onto the map and into memory, which is very slow and not recommended.

That is correct. If you show highlights, and invert Purple, it should show all OTHER highlighted colors. I just tested and it works the way described. Can you replicate your issue? What version are you on?

Cachly Pro is not a geocaching.com Premium account. Cachly uses the geocaching.com API to return data, and regular users only get 3 full caches per day. This is not a Cachly restriction, but a restriction of Geocaching HQ. Please see: https://www.cachly.com/pro/#pro-vs-premium
