  1. Unfortunately this is out of our hands. Lab caches are not included in the partner API, so we are not able to include them at this time.
  2. The API doesn't include % data sadly. Do you know what the calculation is to figure out the %?
  3. Do you have an example on openstreetmap that you can show me? Cachly does show direction with small arrow icons, are you not seeing that? Also, can you show me an example of the passable by car road? I would need to see what OSM attribute that road is tagged with.
  4. The logout button is directly on the More screen, not within your profile:
  5. We are aware of this issue and are working to fix it. I assume this only happens in Offline?
  6. Can you explain what you mean by this? What do you mean by this?
  7. We don't have plans for this yet, but it is on our list of feature to consider.
  8. You should be able to dismiss the message and logout on the More tab. Is this not working?
  9. Hi Peter, can you tap the More tab on the bottom right then choose the Logout button on the top right.
  10. These are two different map frameworks and they don't draw circles in the same way. This is the best we can do.
  11. Can you email our support@cach.ly email so that I can have you test the beta version? Thanks!
  12. I am not sure what has changed or why why I fixed before is no longer working. Would you mind allowing me to adopt a cache again for testing?
  13. Can you provide some GC codes for those?
  14. This should be fixed in 5.1. Some of our beta testers who have caches that have been adopted are not seeing the issue. Did you mean "showing as mine" meaning it is showing the owner star icon?
  15. This issue has been identified and fixed in our upcoming 5.1 release.
  16. We are not able to create a benchmarking API as all the data is something that Geocaching HQ has on their servers. They would have to open up an API for developers to use. Currently this isn't something that I except to happen.
  17. Cachly requires iOS 10, and the iPhone 4s does not allow iOS 10 to be installed, so sadly you are stuck on 3.0.3 unless you have a newer phone. Old Standard maps are updated about every quarter.
  18. This was in reference to our Premium Offline Maps in our 5.0 version. The maps in very old versions (3.0.3 is over a year old) of Cachly are not updated with the same frequency.
  19. This wouldn't be easy since there could be any number of filters selected and working together. Agree this would be a great addition!
