Issues with latest Cachly Update - Feedback

Latest Update Feedback...

 

I upgraded my Cachly app yesterday following the latest IOS update.

It gave me an 'we are upgrading your Database warning' for more than 30mins, so I left it running.

Following the update the app wouldn't open, would display the Cachly screen for about 10s and then it would close itself. I tried various things, online/offline and restarting the device all TNA. I looked at previous issues like this and the advice was to reinstall the app, so I did.

I lost all my Cachly offline lists. This is slightly annoying, but I will live with it, assuming there is no way to retrieve them?

I lost all my downloaded offline maps. Again this would be slightly annoying, as I had a few large maps in there, but now Cachly wants to charge me for the pleasure of re-downloading them. Again I assume there is no way to get my offline maps back?

I normally love Cachly. (jut not today :))

iOS version 17.3.1

Device that you are using Iphone11

Screen that issue is happening on and if you can replicate it. See above
