Multiple Offline List Selection

I want you to be able to select multiple lists in the offline menu.
I have created a list of all caches in Japan (about 28,000), but it takes about 30 seconds to display the list on the map.
I'd like to create a list for each states and select them as necessary.
L4C has such feature.
