On the official geocaching app you can message the CO from the cache listing and it will immediately reference the cache that you are referring to. The only way I know of messaging a CO on Cachly is by going through the message centre which is a link to the geocaching.com website.
Would it be possible to have a message button on the cache page that when pressed enables you to send a message to the CO but references the cache that you have a query about?
