  1. That's a shame, it is what it is though. I have a slight work around- download the light version of 10000 caches which will give a co ordinate them only refresh the one I am going for- this giving me quick locations without waiting for long download times- good as long as I have a connection.

  2. Just another thought- when I download a cache into my offline list it would be nice to be able to select what info I want to be available offline- at there moment I have LITE or FULL. LITE is not really enough info but FULL takes a while to download. It would be nice to be able to select LITE BUT with Hints. Or LITE with Hints and logs. Maybe a tick box option of the sections you actually want downloaded. A lot of the time I just want the location and the hint but it would be cool to be able to select what info to put offline. Thanks.

I realize that Looking4Cache has this, but I think the user experience when using the live map isn't that great.

Thank you for the reply, I will just use the official app for this scenario but your app for everything else. I do love the simplicity of Cachly and L4C has become far too complicated- I completely agree with the quoted comment above, L4C user experience has gone down hill over the last couple of years and Cachly had improved in this time. Keep the good work up.

  4. There used to be a great app called NEXT CACHE which have push notifications as you approached a cache. It relied on you importing a PQ to the app and it then have you a push notification to your phone when you came near to ANY of those caches. I loved the app but unfortunately it recieved no updates now and will soon be pulled from the store because of this. It was a great feature to have a PQ with push notifications but even better would be live notifications for near caches 'literally never miss a nearby cache'.

  5. I do love the Cachly app but one thing I think it needs (and is available on other third party apps) is LIVE updating maps, I want to be able to get in my car at the start of my journey and as I pass caches on my route they update and appear live onto my map without me pressing or doing anything. There is a LIVE button on the maps in Looking For Cache app which is the exact feature, it loads as I move- this would be a killer feature and bean I can delete L4C. If this feature is available, I can't find it :-)

This is a nice feature, but not one that we are likely to support right now. Cachly was built from a single user prospective so it would take a fair amount of work to change this.

But it is on our list to consider for a future version. :)

That's a shame as this works really well in Looking For Cache.
