Hi Nic

I have noticed a change to down load options in that you have to now select

*Full data or lite data

*Images

Until recently I think I just hit download and all my requested data came down  ie full and images 

I was wrong footed last week in Majorca in that I just got lite data when I did an urgent PQ

Is it possible to have a personal default  setting to " always down load full data and  then # 2 images "?

(Am Using Latest cachly version on iPhone 8 running ios12.4.1)

Did a screen refresh in live, there they were

I am in the UK as well with similar issue on ftf tag

My nearest GC is GC1WJPM. ( Mine)

All locals are ftf

I attach a screen dump. It only seems to be on opening screen at my home location 

If I pan away elsewhere it does not happen

L4C doesn't say, perhaps not.

The key paths have similar heavy brown lines compared the different weight of line on the OCM.

However the detail on the standard download shows all the paths in this area so I don't know how they have done it.

I have off line cycle maps on L4C.

I attach a dump of the the L4C map for the same area

I also attach the detail of The GC at the centre of the map

I am relatively new to the forum and have search in vain for info as to whether osm cycle naps are downloadable for off line use.

I have the Standard off line data for England and in forest areas tracks are hardly shown

I attach two screen shots showing the app offline map of an area in S England in the New Forest. The other is a shot of the live cycle map. The difference is stark.

I hope the better map can be downloaded

Came down in 40 seconds!

Been  testing all day ( sad! )

At about 0900 Pacific it worked fine, very fast as a matter of fact

Down  loaded 4 - 900+ pqs and pictures ok

Just done a 1000 entry PQ ok

It is now 1436 Pacific

Wil monitor over the week and report if it plays up again

Tried 6 more times and eventually got it done

The GS servertime  was 0115 (Pacific time)

Whether that has anything to do with it

My short-term workaround is to load the PQ via Dropbox.

Files came down very quickly

That has worked but didn't get images, not a big issue really

Had yet another go,

Logged out of GC.com. Logged on again

Loaded again, got  to 800 then the time out message at the end after all photos down loaded

???!

Tried it again, got to 600

This was the message

Several Times recently and today my request to down load a new PQ had only brought down 50-60% off the caches

I get a " timed out message "

Photos continue to come down in varying amounts

Today I wanted a PQ 900+ GC. Called

"Crossways"

First attempt I  got 600 , second time I got 400

Screen shots attached, I hope

First is the PQ page and the second the offline result with 400 and 600 GC only

I am signed in ok to GCHQ...

USING IPHONE with all latest app and software

I am new to Cachly and I may be missing something

Is it possible to open app in " non Live map mode" using a downloaded vector map? 

Also load at the same time the saved list appropriate to the location? 

I am in the UK and have down  loaded the UK map and a PQ for my area

I would prefer to have that saved map loaded rather use " data" to load a live map.  If I turn off my data/wi-fi I get an error message saying internet access not available......

I can then invoke the map but it would be better to go to the saved map from the start.

I go overseas a fair bit and don't use data abroad.  Thus it is important to use the saved map from the get go.

I am not sure how much data is used for " live" but with download data it isn't necessary anyway. 

Am I missing a toggle switch to turn off " live" or isn't there one?
