Offline mode? I’m not sure what you mean. How do I check that and refresh it?

I have a had that is still showing the FTF icon even though it has numerous logs already. Anyone know how to fix this? I have already signed out and sign back in, and I have already deleted the app and re-downloaded the app and neither fixed.
