Kyzabra
Not sure if I am missing something, but is there a way to go to a saved location while in offline lists ?
rragan
Tap More... tab -> Saved Locations and pick one
Kyzabra
Sorry, I probably didn't explain myself. I want to stay within the offline maps but go to this area on the map. Doing the above takes me a to map with just my current location and the saved location but no caches shown.
rragan
There are two changes that might help this. One is to allow user-defined caches which are really richer locations and could belong to an offline list. This would get it on your offline map. I asked Nic to put such a feature on the list The other is a different approach which I would find useful Geosphere has the concept of Target which is the last Cache you navigated to or explicitly set as target. Even if you switch offline lists the target cache is visible in the map of that list. You can also shift the map to show the target much as you show current position. Presumably, this could work with locations too Kyzabra and Bolling

Coupled with ability to turn on visibility of waypoints, and multiple lists, it would make caching trips so much better. Yesterday, we covered 700km across Outback Western Australia and it was the one feature I missed.
Bolling
Target was a very useful feature. Kyzabra
