Outdoorlover
I have downloaded maps and caches to my phone for offline use. Do they transfer to the iPad app or must everything be downloaded again?
Team DEMP
There's no behind the scenes cloud sync between devices on the same account. If you want offline maps and offline lists on multiple devices you need to download on each device.
Outdoorlover
OK thanks. It would be nice to have a sync option for multiple platforms.
rragan
You can Airdrop offline lists between devices via Export. I often plan things on the iPad and export the plan list to the iPhone for execution.

The complexities and issues this would cause are very great. iCloud sync is a very difficult thing to get right, and we wouldn't be able to sync large files like offline maps. Kyzabra
How long would you expect the export process on a 10,000 cache offline list to take. I'm at 15 minutes so far. Can't tell if it's hung or still processing.

You can can just copy the entire SQLite file using iTunes if you just want to copy the database.
