Cachly Pro features not working despite active yearly Pro subscription

I recently got a new iPhone and have a Cachly Pro yearly subscription that just renewed last week, active until 16 April 2026. When I try to access any of the Pro features on my phone, Cachly prompts me to subscribe to Pro. When I tap on "Restore" nothing changes.

I am signed in with the same Apple ID that was used to sub scribe to Cachly Pro. I can see Cachly Pro in my current Apple ID subscription list as being active and set to renew on 16 April 2026. 

I tried signing out my Apple ID and signing back in. That didn't solve anything. 

I tried canceling the Cachly Pro yearly subscription and then re-subscribing. That didn't do anything either. 

If I try to subscribe again, I get the message "You're currently subscribed to this" (see screenshot). 

I am at a loss for what my next step might be since it seems I have an active subscription but cannot access the Cachly Pro features.
