James Posted April 7, 2021 Report Share Posted April 7, 2021 Hi there When messaging a CO through the profile link on the cache page, I am then taken to the Geocaching message centre. The issue is when the message is sent, it does not appear in the messages section on the geocaching app. A response is received through email, but again this does not appear in the messages inbox. If I message through the geocaching app then the message does appear in the messages list. Could you please advise as to how I can resolve this issue? Many thanks, James. Since we don't develop the official app, I can't say for sure, but I have a feeling that the Messages tab does not refresh automatically.
