I as agree. I'd rather have a number than a date based purge. In NYC the last five logs might be today, but in the country it might be be two years ago (granted then there is no real reason to purge them).

I personally like seeing the waypoints even if I pick one. Even after using Cachly for a couple of years I'm not sure I knew that you could choose one from the map.
-
I think @ChrisDen's point was that the behavior is not consistent. Selecting a waypoint from a map still shows all waypoints on the map. If selecting from the list only the current waypoint is shown on the map.

Link from Pending Log back to the cache page

Then how would you edit your log. I do think the current option works well if the delete wasn’t quite so easy to perform or there was an Undo. -
Offline List Filter For Days Since Last Found
Bolling replied to ACME WildCachers's question in Feature Requests
Yep. I requested this early on (not saying I'm the only one). -
I own a Wherigo and seek one occasionally. However, the request list for Cachly has much better options for Nic to spend time on in my opinion.

Link from Pending Log back to the cache page
Bolling replied to MrGigabyte's question in Feature Requests
Wow, you are right. It's very easy to accidentally delete the log. I agree with you, having the option to view the cache here would be more more intuitive. -

Swipe left on the log. Select Options and View Cache. -
I would suggest adding a section on what is geocaching and what the app does. I have a feeling some people download it because it shows up in the Navigation section of iTunes and then expect to use it to navigate.

Thanks to you guys for working on this. I'd love to help but have a major project at work right now eating into my free time too.

Looks good. It might be worthwhile pointing out that the red triangle means corrected coordinate although most people would also figure it out from your example. Also the term "FTF status" could be confusing.
-
If you mean separate default maps for searching and navigation than this was requested previously. I hope to see it implemented as well.

I would second that recommendation.

It was nice to hear Cachly referenced a couple of times in the recent Podcast.

Synch Highlightings Offline List -> Live view
Bolling replied to Fraslagu's question in Feature Requests
I agree with both way sync. -
It works fine for me as well.

I just tried a distance filter with inverse as first try. Should filters Less than 10 miles and inverse of geater than 10 miles give the same results? (Thus was tested as one filter at a time). I would have expected so but the inverse greater than filter had results under 10 miles and over 50 miles (or similar value). Edit two hours later: I can not reproduce.

Ok. I can't read Japanese but I tested with last beta and current beta and agree that it's fixed in the beta version.

Please bring back the always-on map scale
Bolling replied to barefootguru's question in Feature Requests
Yep. You can freeze the scale onto the screen after zooming if you hold two fingers on the screen. Try walking around like that for hours. -
Wow. So many cache owners where I live can’t properly maintain one stage.
-
If you find a cache today log on the GC.com website as yesterday. Get your souvenir and then correct the date.

I gave it a vote. I miss that feature too. However as a GSAK user I have all my old logs in my GPX file that I import so I can result get to them in Cachly for the local caches anyway. I don't keep all my funds in Cachly.

Google Maps can be a huge offender. That said I'm often surprised at what has chewed up battery life.
