Can you describe the specific issues, such as if you are seeing errors and what the errors are? What happens when you submit a log? What happens when you tap a PQ to download? I have IOS 10.3.3. since I updated cachly everytime when I try to log a cache (put on the button) or I try to download a PQ (put in the button) the app will be closed itselve. No message.
