c17jetmech Posted August 9, 2017 Report Share Posted August 9, 2017 I was wondering if there is an info page explaining map icons? I ask because between Cashly, Geocaching app and Geocaching website. I am seeing 3 different icons for the same caches. I am a bit confused on what they mean. No stress just wondering. Also how does a FTF appear? I only have one, I know pathetic, lol, but just wondering. Nic Hubbard Posted August 9, 2017 Report Share Posted August 9, 2017 Cachly's colored pins correspond to the colors of cache types, Traditional is green, multi is orange, mystery is blue, etc. Geocaching uses icons on theirs also. It might be handy to see caches that haven't been found yet. This isn't possible with the API as the filtering and tagging of the FTF is done after the data is received in Cachly.
