.jpeg
Is there a search function for the map to center on a city or zip by entering that information. It would be nice when preparing to travel.
Nic Hubbard
Yes, you can just enter that into the Live tabs search field and Cachly will take you to that location.

Your map should have moved to the location before even making a request for caches, so that is strange. Does this happen each time you search for a zip code? Just use the contact support option in the More tab. Also, try clearing the search options, you shouldn't have to do this, but I am not sure why this is happening for you. Team DEMP
Might you possibly have a filter enabled limiting the caches that would display? As an example, if I only allow Earthcaches and then search for 75238, I get the message you posted. If I have all cache types enabled (or whatever your filters are set to), it goes to the zip and displays caches.

Nic Hubbard
Have you tried resetting your Search Options?
Team DEMP
Turn off Search by Cache Name from the top of your last screenshot and try again.

Bolling
I could see that impacting users again. If the Search by Cache Name is turned on and the Search does not start with GC then a message should appear starting the Search is limited to the cache code. Also it should really be Search by Cache Code, not Cache Name.
Nic Hubbard
This isn't a seach by Cache code option. That is always available when this option is off. This search by cache name is just that. A search for the name of a cache within a 50k meter radius. (API limit)
.jpeg
Maybe if the option was visually set apart from the exclusions below it such as a space or heavy line between it and those below.

I did check this last night searching by a name of one of my caches (after including them in the search) and came up empty-handed, and then repeated the search with the Code and found the cache. I just checked now and it works as you describe. Plus you have it documented in the help. I guess I forgot to turn on the Search by Cache Name filter!
