Ah! Now it's coming clear. I have defaults set so I don't normally have to set the log type but I guess the 'Found it' doesn't apply to events so I need to explicit set it. Thanks!
It definitely has something to do with the events. I saved a draft log on a New Years CITO event today and I received the same error. I deleted that one log and retried the submit and no problems.
Ok, thanks. That was an event I attended today. I've already logged everything on the web site so I can't try again today but there is another event tomorrow that will be a good test. Thanks for your quick reply. And Happy New Year!
For the last week, I've been having intermittent trouble uploading logs. I get the message "WptLogTypeId is not valid please call GetWptLogTypes for a list of valid ids". I logged out of the app and authenticated again to the same effect.
